My payment is stuck in instant deposit receivable. I received but it's stuck in processing and won't post?

I'm here to share information about the processing status of your instant deposit transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Ron.

 

With instant deposits, you can request funds to be transferred to your bank account in less than 30 minutes. If the status doesn't change after the given time, I suggest contacting our Payments support team to inquire about the transaction. They can access your account securely and investigate why the transaction is still showing as processed.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Login to your QBO account.
  2. Click the Help icon.
  3. Select Search icon and click Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Ask the community to get help from businesses like yours.
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
