I'll make sure you can transfer money from your QuickBooks checking account to your bank checking account.

To transfer money from your QuickBooks Cash account, you must first link your bank account to QuickBooks.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Cash Flow menu, then select Transfer money in the QuickBooks Cash section.
2. Click Transfer in. You won't transfer money yet. We need to start the connection.
3. Follow the onscreen instructions.
4. Enter the bank's name and select a type in the Account Type field.
5. Click Next.
6. Enter your info in the Account number and Routing number fields. Then select Next.
7. Hit Sounds good.

After that, within the following three (3) days, QuickBooks will make two minor deposits to the account. Then, you can check QuickBooks to confirm the transactions after receiving the confirmation email.

You can now transfer funds from your QuickBooks Cash account to your bank account.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Cash Flow menu, then choose Transfer money in the QuickBooks Cash section.
2. Click Transfer out.
3. In the From field, select your QuickBooks Cash account.
4. In the To field, select the (+). Then, choose your connected bank account.
5. Enter the amount you want to move out of your QuickBooks Cash account.
6. Hit Finalize transfer.
