I'd be glad to help show your PayPal transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed, lucyscollegefund.

We can refresh the connection of the bank in your account, To do this, go to the Gear icon and choose Bank accounts. Then, click on the Refresh All button.

If the issue persists, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Self Employed Support Team. They have the tools to pull up your account to investigate why you're still encountering the issue with the PayPal connection.

Here's how:

  1. From your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) homepage, click the QB Assistant at the top.
  2. Type in the chatbox Contact support
  3. Click the I still need a human button.
  4. You'll now be provided options on how would you like to connect to them.
  5. Select how you want to contact them and fill in the information.

Additionally, you can also bring the data by adding them manually. Sign in to your Paypal account and get a CSV file. Take note of the date range to avoid duplicates.

Once done, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Imports.
  2. Look for Paypal and click Import older transactions.
  3. Select Browse, find the CSV file, and select Open.
  4. Review the column headers and data. Click Continue to complete the import.
