My QB account hasn't been able to sync with my Etsy shop since May 2023, how can i sync them?

I can share some information that can help you with getting your latest transactions from Etsy to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), ctreick. 

To make sure that your QuickBooks Self-Employed and Etsy accounts are synced with the latest transactions, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Support team. They've got the tool to refresh your account in a secure environment and get your latest transactions.

Here's how to contact them: 

1. Go to the Help icon (?) and select the Contact Us button. If you’re using the QuickBooks Self-Employed app, tap the + button and select Ask QB Assistant.
2. Enter Talk to a human and click on Continue.
3. You'll now be provided with support options that are available at that time.
