My QBO Banking page does not show the bank account book balances, only the bank balances are shown. Was there a change made to take out the book balances?

The chart of accounts is a list of all your company's accounts and their balances. Normally, you'll be able to see the bank account balances in your Chart of Accounts. To do this, you can follow the steps provided below:

1. Click the Accounting menu.
2. Select Chart of Accounts.

Also, after you connect your bank and credit card accounts, QuickBooks automatically downloads the latest transactions. You can categorize, match or add them with what you've entered in QBO.
