Hello there, @userhaliokeowoo.

Let me provide troubleshooting steps and possible reasons why you can only see the 7 days and May transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Before providing troubleshooting steps, could you please let me know what financial institution you're using? That way, I can double-check our reports if there's an open investigation.

Here are the probable reasons:

  • Financial Institution has maintenance.
  • The connection needs to refresh.
  • The transactions didn't customize it well.
  • Not frequently logging in to the account.

To start, I'd suggest logging into your bank's website and check if there's an error that needs attention. If there's is, please communicate with your bank.

If there isn't, let's refresh the connectivity to retrigger the connection. Let me show you how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Choose Bank Accounts under Transactions
  3. Hit Refresh two to three times.

If the same happens, please go to the Transactions, then pick All or specific date in the period, and choose Unreview and Uncategorized from the Type drop-down.

See the sample screenshot below.

Lastly, make sure to logging in to your account frequently and refresh the bank connection. This way, it will trigger the account and sync all the transactions.

I've also added some videos/articles about handling transactions, customizing reports, and other related topics.

Don't hesitate to let me know if you have additional questions. I'm keen to help. Keep safe.
