From the Banking menu, select Banking.
Click the Update button on the right-hand side of the screen.
Once done, proceed to the For review tab and check your transactions.

If transactions are still not downloaded, you can manually import them to QuickBooks. Once entries are in QuickBooks, it's time to match and categorize them. Then, final step is to reconcile the bank account.
