My quickbooks won't send my estimates or save them. It says I need to check my connection. Their is no connection issue

If you're using QuickBooks Online, I recommend accessing your account using a private window. The issue that you encountered can be caused by the stored cache files on your browser. 

 

QuickBooks Online uses browser cache files that temporarily save your browsing data. When it’s full, you could experience unusual behaviors like being unable to email statements. The instructions below can help you clear them without a moment's delay:

 

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox or Internet Explorer).
  • Control + Option + P (Safari).

 

Next, try to connect with your bank. If you can connect without the error, let's go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Finally, restart your browser to refresh the settings. On the other hand, try using a different supported browser.
