Question

My recurring transactions are not loading. The circle in the middle of the page just spins. This started about a month ago. What should I do?

Hello there, cathy66.

 

For some reason, QuickBooks will not be responding properly. The common reason why it happened is caused of having too much cache in our browser. We can do some troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue throughout the process. Here's how:

 

  1. Refresh your browser by clicking the Reload icon or pressing F5 on your keyboard.
  2. If the same thing happens, log in to your account through an incognito window. This mode doesn't store cache, that's why we recommend using it.
  3. Once logged in, create and save a recurring transaction. If it works fine, go back to your main browser and clear the cache. It helps remove any browser-related issues and refresh your browser's settings.

 

Aside from that, you can use other compatible browsers in QuickBooks Online. See them below:

 

  • Mozilla
  • Google Chrome
  • Microsoft Edge
  • For Safari, make sure to use the latest one.
