Hello there, Jun. I’m here to provide you with some information about the refresh token and to direct you to the appropriate team for further assistance.

While the refresh token is valid for 100 days, its value can change every 24-26 hours. This means you might encounter instances where the initial token you received differs from the latest one.

That said, we have a separate community that handles OAuth token expiration and other API related concerns. Our Intuit Developer community can provide you with more details and assistance about the refresh token.

  1. Go to the Intuit Developer Support website.
  2. Choose your QuickBooks product.
  3. Click on Ask a Question.
  4. When prompted to sign in, log in to your Intuit account.
  5. Enter a short description of your concern and click Ask.

Additionally, you can refer to our self-help articles to get answers about your QuickBooks concerns.

Let us know if you have other concerns with refresh token and QuickBooks related issues. We're here to help you in any way we can.
