I'm here to help you locate your deposits, jnggsmall.

 

Newly connected bank accounts only provide transactions for the last 90 days. You can download the older ones from your bank website in a supported web connect file format. Then manually upload them to QuickBooks. 

 

If your bank is not newly connected, let's check if the transactions were not accidentally deleted. We can utilize the Audit Log. This feature helps see the activities made in your books.

 

Before proceeding, make sure to sign in as an admin. Here's how to use it:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon and select Audit Log.
  2. Select Filter.
  3. Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate Date filter to narrow the results.
  4. Click Apply.
  5. Find the appropriate bank deposit.

If the deposits are deleted, we'll have to recreate them so that you'll have accurate data.

 

In case the transactions are not deleted, let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps to fix this. This could be a browser-related issue. 

 

I suggest logging in to your QuickBooks Online account via a private window. Here are the keyboard shortcuts: 

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N 
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P 

 

Once signed in, locate the deposits. If you're able to see them, clear the browser's cache. This improves the performance of the program.
