my running bank balance disappeared

As I was working in my bank account register, the running balance disappeared, It only shows NA, where did it go?

Let's get your running balance in the register to show in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @Diane430.

 

The first thing I can suggest is to refresh your browser. If the issue persists, open your browser's private window. It allows you to isolate the cache, which is the common cause of unusual behaviors.

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If that works, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Otherwise, open an alternative browser that's available for you.

Also the thick line for current date and balance has disappeared. This is a real pain!

If you've already tried these steps, I'd suggest contacting our phone support. This way, they can check your account in a secure environment and fix the error. 

 

Simply follow these steps to reach out to them:
 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner and click Talk to a human.
  2. Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
  3. Look for I still need a human and click on it.
  4. Select Get help from a human.
  5. Choose between Chat with usSchedule an appointment, or Have us call you.
