My Sales dashboard does not have any data for the month of October?

The deposits are coming through as expected, they are just not being totaled in the sales dashboard. I recently connected a new Shopify site using A2X. My sales dashboard has been working accurately for the last 5 years. I have verified that my new connection is showing the deposits in the proper account, "Sales of Product Income" that I've been using. I've tried clearing my browser cache.

Hi, kat423. Let me provide some information about the sales widget on the dashboard.

The sales widget on the dashboard specifically displays income generated from sales forms transactions, which includes things like invoices and sales receipts. Therefore, any income generated through deposits or other types of transactions, such as bank deposits, will not be reflected in the sales widget.

However, you may want to contact A2X support to inquire about the possibility of syncing transactions as sales receipts instead of deposits. This adjustment could ensure that the data populates the sales widget on your dashboard to give you an overview of how your business is doing in sales.

For more details on the dashboard, feel free to check out this article: Your business dashboard details in the QuickBooks Online app.

You can also run reports in QuickBooks to view data about your deposits. Here's a guide on how to do that: Run reports.

Come back to this post if you have other concerns about your dashboard in QuickBooks Online, kat423. I'd be glad to help you out.
