My transactions aren't showing up?

Hello @asuperiorcleanin,

 

Thank you for reaching out to us here in the Community. I can help you upload bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

 

If you're referring to your recent transactions not downloading automatically, you can refresh the account in bank feeds. You can do it by going to the Banking section and clicking the Update option.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. On the left navigation bar, click Banking.
  2. Go to the Banking tab.
  3. Select the account.
  4. Press Update

 

If what you meant are the bank transactions you've manually uploaded via CSV, I recommend checking the For Review tab (see screenshot below). The data you import will be subject to your approval and will not be added automatically into your bank register.

 

 

Also, when uploading banking data manually, please make sure to select the correct bank account. It may be possible that the files are imported to another bank. If that's the case, you can exclude the transactions to avoid errors.
