Question

My transactions from June 20-November 20 were not in my transactions. After manually adding them via upload, none of the rules are applying. How do I add them?

Welcome to the Community, @sollepowered.

To check if this is a browser-related (cache and cookies) issue, try signing into your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) using a private browser (incognito). There are times that the browser is already full of frequently accessed page resources, causing some unusual responses.

Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).

Once logged in, check if the rules have already been applied to the uploaded transactions.

If it's successful, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.
