n QuickBooks, how can customers directly input their credit card information for payment through the payment link on the invoice

Hi there, @Norther icons. I'll share some information about allowing the customer to enter their credit card information through QuickBooks Online (QBO) payment links.

In QBO, the option to allow your customer to directly input their credit card information in the payment link is unavailable. Also, the availability of the payment methods will depend on your payment link set up inside the program. You can watch this video for the detailed steps: How to use payment links in QuickBooks Online.

Once the setup is finished, you can also add or edit your customer's payment details in QBO. I'll guide you on how:

1. Navigate to the Get paid & pay menu and select Customers.
2. Find the name of the customer.
3. Next, select Edit in the upper right.
4. Then, click the Payment and Billing tab.
5. Click the current card number below the Preferred payment method line.
6. Select the + Add link in the upper right.
7. From there, enter the credit card information and select Save when done. 

Then, your customer can also edit their payment information when paying the invoice using the payment links. Here's how:

1. Ask the customer to open the payment link.
2. Next, select the Credit card tab.
3. Then, click Edit.
4. From there, they need to enter their correct credit card information.
5. Once they are ready, they can now pay the invoice. 

On the other hand, you can also edit their payment details in their profile in QBO.
