Need help to reconcile my accounts

May I know the issue your experiencing? This is to ensure I can provide the best solution.

 

However, if it's your first time reconciling your account, you can follow the steps below:

 

  1. Go to Accounting.
  2. Select Reconcile.
  3. Under Account, select your credit card or bank account.
  4. Enter the ending balance and date of your statement.
  5. Click Start reconciling.

 

On the Reconcile window, compare all your transactions base on what is listed in your statements. Then, put a checkmark under the Circle column so you can reconcile your transaction.
