wish I could make it better, @eaglerocks47.

In QuickBooks Online, you can pull up and customize your Audit Log report to review the history and changes with your account. This way, you can determine the reason why your account reconciliation doesn't show the correct statement date based on your last session. Let me show you how.

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Tools, select Audit Log.
  3. On the Filter menu, select Show only these events under Events.
  4. Below the Show only these events section, select Reconciliations.
  5. Click Apply.

In addition, here's an article you can read to learn more about using your audit log report: Learn about the audit log.

However, if you still wanted to connect and talk to our Customer Care Support, I'd recommend contacting them via the Help menu. You can do so by following the steps below:

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter a few words describing your goal for today in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Choose a channel where you wanted to connect with our dedicated team.

In the same manner, you can also read the instructions indicated in this link to identify when are you able to connect with our support: Contact QuickBooks Products and Services Support.

On top of that, I've also included this helpful article that'll guide you while working with your audit history: Use the audit log to re-enter deleted transactions.

I'd suggest getting back to this thread if you need assistance with your transactions and reconciliation. I'm always here to back you up. Take care and stay safe!
