Negative undeposited funds on bal sheet

Hi there, heazim1.

If the negative amount is not a valid transaction, we can delete it. Let me guide you how:

1. Click Lists at the top menu bar.
2. Click Chart of Accounts.
3. Double-click the account.
4. Double-click the deposit.
5. If you want to delete a specific payment, select it from the list.
6. Now click the Edit tab at the top menu bar.
7. Select Delete Line.
8. You can select Delete Deposit if you want to delete the entire deposit.
