New credit card user charges or name are not loading into the bank feed

Hello - The employee Visa charges by each employee load into my QB online bank feed. it separates each card/employee.  I have a new hire that has made  CC charges, but he is not showing in QB. How do I fix this?

Let's manually update your bank feeds, PamC321.

 

There are several possible reasons why transactions won’t download. They include:

  • A connection issue between your bank and QBO.
  • The financial institution’s server is offline.
  • Error messages or codes that require you to perform a certain task. 

 

In the meantime, let's manually update the connection between your bank and QuickBooks. You can do that by clicking the Transactions tab and then selecting Banking. Then, click Update.

 

If the download seems stuck, we can log in to your bank's page and check to see any maintenance message.

 

If you have more than 90 days worth of transactions to download, you'll have to import them manually.
