Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. I assure you that I am here to assist you in resolving the issue you are facing with your transactions not importing after June 16, 2023.

The reason for this occurrence could be an issue with your bank or a need to refresh the connection of your account. Here are some steps that can help you resolve this issue:

Step 1: Manually refresh your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) to check if your transactions appear. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon located at the top right of your screen.
  2. Under the Transactions column, click on Manage accounts.
  3. Click Refresh all.
  4. Press the Exit button at the top right corner.
  5. See if your transactions are now visible in the Transactions tab. If not, proceed to Step 2.

Step 2: Check your bank's website to ensure there are no errors or issues.

Step 3: If your bank's website is functioning properly, I recommend using a private browser to repeat Step 1 (manually refreshing QBSE).

Furthermore, it would be greatly appreciated if you could provide the name of your bank and any specific banking errors you may have encountered.
