We can reconnect your bank to import your transactions.
Here's how:
Go to the Banking menu on the left panel and select the Banking tab.
On the Bank and Credit Cards page, click the Add account button.
Enter the financial institution’s name in the Enter your bank name or URL field box.
From there, look for the bank and then select it from the list.
Choose the link for the financial institution’s website.
Select Continue. Enter the username and password you use for your bank's website in the window. Then follow the onscreen steps to connect your bank.
After reconnecting your bank and your transactions still are not uploaded, you can use the WebConnect feature. This helps to import transactions and then download them into your company file. The Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online link will walk through the step by step process.
