Not all bank accounts linking to QB Online

Hi All,

I've connected our bank to QB however, now all of our accounts are showing up in the list of accounts to link. We have 40+ accounts with our bank and QB is only showing 25 of our accounts.  As a side note, I am not wanting all 40+ accounts linked to QB only need about half of them.

Let me share some insights and help you link your bank account successfully.

 

When connecting a bank account with multiple accounts inside QuickBooks Online (QBO), it is important to note that there's a possible limitation that the page has a limit of 25 listed accounts.

 

To verify, let's scroll down to the bottom of the page and check if there's a Next button. From there, you can click that button to expand to show the other remaining accounts in the list of your accounts.

 

Moreover, if you haven't seen the Next button, let's perform troubleshooting steps as the browser can be poorly configured, which leads to issues. I suggest opening a different browser and logging in to your QBO account.

 

Please refer to the following shortcut key to activate the incognito mode of each online browser:

  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If you can finally see your missing accounts, we can clear the browser's cache so the system can reboot. Clearing the cache will reset the system, allowing you to work with clearing the stocked cache and cookies that cause the issues.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company.
  2. Select (?) Help in the upper right corner of your screen.
  3. Type a question or topic you need to help with, then select Contact a human.
