Not receiving 2FA from SoFi when trying to link bank accounts

Just recently purchased Quickbooks Online and I've been trying to link my SoFi bank accounts with no luck.  Every time that I try, it takes me to the SoFi URL page, I submit my login creds and then it says for me to provide security code that will be text to me.  2FA code never arrives.  Ive changed my 2FA in SoFi account to email option, but i never receive code via email either.  Is there an issue between SoFi and Quickbooks?

Welcome to the Community! Let me share some information to help answer your question. 

 

After researching on my end, I'm not finding a known investigation with SoFi bank. However, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team so they can review your account more to see why this is happening. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner. 
  2. Press the Contact Us button/hyperlink. 
  3. Enter your question/give a brief description and hit Let's talk
  4. Scroll down and choose to Get a callback

 

Afterwards, you'll receive an estimated time of when they'll be in touch.
