Ok, here's one sent out to the so called community. Why are my deposits not registering with my gold account that I can't get? I don't even know if this makes sense

It seems that you're referring to the bank transactions that aren't downloaded. Let me help you with fixing it.

 

First, we need to make sure that your bank is not having any system issues. That will result in connection errors that is why some transactions are missing or won't download. You can verify it with your bank.

 

Second, we can manually update your banking. This helps in importing the entries from the bank to QuickBooks Online. Go to the Banking/Transactions menu, select Banking, and click the Update button.

Additionally, if what you meant is the payment from your clients that were processed via QuickBooks Payments, you'll receive the funds depends on your deposit speed. For new merchants, it usually takes up to 5 business days for the first 1 to 4 weeks to establish your account.
