On iPad. Why can I no longer see my bank REGISTER balance? I don’t care what the bank balance is. I need to know how much money I have to work with. This is so dumb.

I recognize how convenient and essential bank register information is in managing your business. Sudden changes or unexpected behavior are sometimes caused by data-related issues and outdated applications.

To sort this out, make sure your QuickBooks Online (QBO) app is updated. You can follow the outlined steps below to manually update the app on your iPad device.

1. Open the App Store.
2. Tap your Profile or Account icon at the top of the screen.
3. Scroll to see pending update.
4. Tap Update next to QBO app.

You can also refresh your app data to resolve issues within your company file. Here’s how:

1. Go to Menu and tap Help & Feedback.
2. Select Refresh Data.
3. Click Refresh to confirm.
