On QB online I can't reconcile my bank account, not all of my bank transactions are loaded?

Thank you for promptly informing us of the problem you encountered, Jim. I understand the inconvenience of having missing transactions during your reconciliation process. 

I'm here to share some steps that you can follow to ensure all your bank transactions are accounted for in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Upon connecting your online bank account, QBO will automatically download past transactions up to a certain date, and continue to download the latest transactions every night. If you encounter missing transactions during your reconciliation process, I'd recommend manually updating your account. 

1. In your QBO account, go to Transactions.
2. Select the blue tile for the bank account you are working with.
3. Click on the Update tab. 

Next, sometimes, transactions are placed somewhere around the Banking menu. I'd also recommend checking the following areas:

• Check the For review tab in QuickBooks for recently downloaded transactions. If you find the missing transactions, categorize them into an account to ensure they show up on your books.
• Next, check the Categorized tab. If you find your missing transaction, but it's in the wrong account, follow these steps to unmatch and move it.
• Finally, check the Excluded tab. If you mark a transaction as personal or a duplicate, it goes here. QuickBooks won't add excluded transactions to your accounts.

To provide better assistance, can I ask for the name of the bank account you've connected to QBO? This is for us to check if there are current open investigations that are product engineers are working to resolve.
