Thank you for posting here on the Community page, svis.

I'm here to make sure you'll be able to link customer payments to your bank account in QuickBooks Online.

You must have an active QuickBooks Payments account linked to your QuickBooks Online file. QuickBooks Instant Payments links to your bank debit card, so the bank account you want to receive the deposit must have a debit card.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Go to the Gear icon.
  3. Click Account and Settings.
  4. Select the Deposits tab from the Sales menu.
  5. In the instant deposit banner, click Get set up.
  6. Follow the onscreen steps and enter your debit card info.
  7. When you get the confirmation code, enter it to verify the account.

I've included a detailed resource about instant deposits that may come in handy moving forward: Instant deposits overview.
