One month of bank reconciliation is missing

Looks like i'm missing january 2020 reconciliation if I look at the history but the transactions are there. The balance is off though.

It's nice to see you here, @sf_ola,

 

To make sure this reconciliation issue is fixed, make sure that the previous reconciliation data has no missing entries or modified transactions. These instances will most likely affect past reconciliation history. 

 

Any changes made to a previously reconciled will remove the reconciled status. To check the transaction status and make sure all January 2020 entries are complete and was tagged as reconciled, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Tap Chart of Accounts.
  3. Find the account you want to review.
  4. From the Action column, click View register.
  5. Locate the entry from the list and make sure the status column (indicated by a check mark) does show a code R (Reconciled).
  6. If it doesn't, click the field until you see a letter R on it.
  7. Once done press Save.
