One of our employee gave a wire transfer routing number instead of a paper and electronic one. QB shows payment processed, how to correct that now?

Having incorrect employee bank information of your employee is a challenge. Let me help you route to the best help.

 

Let's contact QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll live support to guide you on what to do with your employee's processed payment that has incorrect bank info. Here's how: 

 

  1. Click the Help (?) icon in the upper left corner.
  2. Select the Search icon. Then, tap Contact Us below.
  3. Type in a brief description of your payroll concern and click Continue.
  4. Choose how you want to connect:
    * Start a chat with a support expert.
    * Get a callback from the next available expert.

They are available Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM PT.

 

Once done, update your employee's bank account information.
