I'm trying to set up Online Banking for our accounts.  When we choose FirstBank Business Banking, we can enter the username and password,  then the program crashes.  It works with other Banks like Chase and American Express.

It's a good sign that you're able to connect other accounts. It means your Bank Feeds feature is working. Let's find out why FirstBank is crashing QuickBooks.

 

You'll want to do the basic troubleshooting steps like updating QuickBooks and connecting your bank account after. Or, you can create a dummy company file and connect your bank account to know if this is a company-file issue. If you can connect on the dummy company, you can go back to your main company file and run the Verify and Rebuild data utilities.

 

If nothing works, please contact our Support team. They can use a screen-sharing tool to check this further. They are open on weekdays from 6 AM to 6 PM PT.

  3. In the search box, enter something like cannot connect FirstBank and click Search.
  4. Scroll down and click Start a message.
