Online payments

Hi folks,

I've been using QB for 25 years. I recently used the online payment / bank transfer option on two invoices for the first time. Neither payment shows up for my bank reconciliation. Also experienced some snags with the bill pay program. Melio cannot pick up vendor credits so I have to do the initial credit with a journal entry--when the vendor's next bill comes in, I reverse or delete the JE and make a credit line item on the new bill. Such a pain. I wish Intuit would work this out.

 

So many question is--anyone else experience this? Specifically on the bank reconciliation, anyone have advice? Or am I just missing something obvious? Thanks so much!

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! I will go ahead and submit feedback to our Developers about the credits not working. What I recommend you do in the meantime is to connect with Melio about the issue with the payments. You can do this by locating the Need Help on the Bill Pay screen as seen below:
