Online QuickBooks Create Check Not Working

Using online QuickBooks, I have created/printed checks multiple times.  Today, every time I click "check"; nothing happens.  I go to dashboard, + new, expense and nothing. I have logged off and logged back on.

First, you can log in on a private/incognito window. Then, clear the cache and cookies. You can also use any other supported browser on your device. I'll show you the shortcut keys for each browser's private page:

 

  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  •  Safari: press Command + Shift + N.
  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl+ Shift + N.
