Question

Only a few random transactions from last year are loading until about 10.01.21, then it appears they all are. I've selected dates correctly. How can I load all?

There seems to be no reason it selected these random transactions to load, but didn't load others.

Allow me to assist load all your transactions, @integrative-wa-g

Please know that the details being imported are based on what the bank provided. QuickBooks Online doesn't have control over these data.

First, you'll want to check the bank itself. This behavior could also be due to their system issue. That being said, log into your bank website and double-check if they have notifications about this matter.

If the issue persists, I'd recommend manually uploading your transactions in QuickBooks Online. You can do this by importing the data using a CSV file. That way, you can categorize and reconcile your accounts whenever you’re ready.

Here's how:

  1. Download the data from your bank.
  2. Proceed to the Banking tab, then select the Link account drop-down.
  3. Click the Upload from file button.

  4. Tap Browse, then choose Next
  5. Pick the account in the QuickBooks account box and click Next
  6. Match them properly and tap Let's go

For more information, check out this article: Manually upload transactions.

Then, you can now categorize your transactions by matching and adding them to avoid duplicates. Once done, reconcile your accounts so they always match your bank and credit card statements to avoid discrepancies.

That should get you back on track. Feel free to comment below if you have additional questions about your bank data in QuickBooks. I'll be around to help you again.
