Good evening, @userjimmysmartleaf

It's great to see a new face here in the Community. I hope your week is going well so far. I'm here to provide some insight into why you're only seeing 4 months of your transactions with the bank you just recently connected to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

The reason why you're only seeing 4 months' worth of data is that your bank may only allow you to go back 90 days. However, you can manually download the transactions before the 90 days from your bank's website to a CSV Excel file. Afterward, you can import the file into your QBO account.

Note: Before doing the steps below, ensure that your Excel file is formatted correctly for the import.

  1. Go to the Gear (Settings) icon in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Pick Import data under the "Tools" column.
  3. Choose Bank Data
  4. Browse for the CSV Excel file.
  5. Hit Next
  6. Follow the rest of the onscreen instructions.

Afterward, you can start matching your transactions to get them ready to reconcile. This will help organize your books and ensure everything is running smoothly with transactions.

After reviewing these details, you should get a better understanding of our Online Banking feature. If you have any other questions or concerns, don't hesitate to ask. I'm always here to lend a helping hand. Happy Wednesday!
