Hello there, mike.

I've got different troubleshooting steps to ensure all your transactions are showing up completely for one of your credit cards in QuickBooks.

First off, may I know which credit card you are referring to that has missing entries so that I can check to see if we received the same issue? I thank you for providing additional information so I can share accurate details.

For now, if you mean not receiving the most recent transactions or updates that appear to be stuck in the download from your bank to program, I recommend clicking the Update button on the Banking tab. It refreshes the connections between the credit card's website and QuickBooks to view the most updated transactions.

Here's how:

  1. On the left pane, click Banking.
  2. Click to highlight the account you're updating.
  3. Click the Update button. Please run the update around 3-5 times to build a stable connection.

Once done, this updates all your connected credit card accounts. The number of transactions in each account tile will increase if QuickBooks downloads new transactions.

If you get the same result, you'll have to check or sign in to your bank’s website. There may be an issue on their end, and it loses connection with QBO every time there are updates. You can refer to this article to see the steps: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online. This also includes further instructions for resolving the issue if it continues to occur.

However, if the missing transaction you're referring to is manually entered into the program, it could be an authorized user who deleted the data. To verify this, I recommend visiting your Audit log page. From there, you'll see the list of the company's activities, the changes made, and who made them.

In case you need steps on how to run different reports in QBO that give you an overview of your customer data, you can read this article: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.

Don't hesitate to add commend below and add additional details or if you still have other concerns related to managing entries in QBO. I'm always here to help you further, mike. Take care.
