Thank you for reaching out to us, @kstover97. I am here to help you with linking your card to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

Before we proceed, please let us know if you encountered any error messages while trying to link your card. If so, kindly provide us with the specific error message you received so that we can provide you with tailored solutions to your concern.

Moreover, QuickBooks can connect with a wide range of financial institutions, but if your bank or credit card provider is not listed during setup, you have several options to explore.

Firstly, make sure you verify the spelling of your bank's name and use very specific names to search for your bank. You can also enter your bank's URL into the search bar. Additionally, you can search for the name of the issuing bank, meaning the bank that issued your bank card.

However, if you have tried these options and still can't connect, or if your bank doesn’t appear, you can request support from your bank for QBSE. This will allow you to get assistance from the support team to help you connect your bank account.

If none of the above steps solves the issue, you may still be able to download transactions from your bank's website and manually upload them. To manually upload transactions, here's how:

  1. Go to the Transaction menu and select Add Transaction.
  2. Enter the amount and a description.
  3. Select the Select a category menu. Select the best category to organize your transaction.
  4. If you have a receipt, you can drag and drop it onto the form.
  5. When you’re done, select Save.

After successfully uploading the transactions, you only need to approve QuickBook's categorization for each transaction, as each needs to be categorized.

Let us know if you need any further assistance or have any further questions about linking your business card in QBSE. I would be more than happy to assist you. Simply click the reply button below and type in your response.

@kstover97

Try opening your QBSE account on any private/incognito browser. If the same problem persists, use one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.
