I can see how important for your business to get the QuickBooks Cash account working back to normal, @lowellh9112.

Normally, it takes about 3 business days to move money into your QuickBooks Cash account. Then, it takes between 2 - 5 business days to move money out of your QuickBooks Cash account. The speed depends on how fast your external bank processes the transfer. To learn more about this one, see the Learn more about QuickBooks Cash accounts and the Cash Flow menu article.

We’ll have to identify the root cause of why the money held in frozen. This process requires us to collate personal data to open an account. Thus, I suggest contacting our Payments support to double check and help you find a fix.

Once everything is fine, categorizing your QuickBooks Cash transactions is easy. To do this, you simply need to go to the Banking page and categorize them.

Feel free to get back in here if there's anything else you need about the status of your QuickBooks Cash account. I'd be glad to know your results. Have a good one.
