Our American Express feed has not loaded for the last two weeks. However, it tries and tries and then comes back with no update and no error message. Any advice?
We have two American Express feeds from two accounts. One loads fine. The 2nd one does not. The 2nd one is our original feed that has worked for over a year. I have logged in to it to test our ID/password and all works. Just not in QBO. It literally just stopped loading on Sept. 3rd.
