Question

Our automatic matching has stopped working. We used to be able to match up customer payments with our bank deposits. That has now stopped working. Any suggestions?

I saw a similar user having the same issues and there was a suggestion about using a different browser or an incognito browser.  I've tried both to no avail.  Looking for other suggestions.

Since you've already tried some troubleshooting steps, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team for further assistance. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help ? icon in the top right-hand corner. 
  2. Press the Contact Us button. 
  3. Enter your question and hit Let's talk
  4. Scroll down and choose to Get a callback
