Our bank register is not showing all of our transactions and the dates are out of sequence.

Hi there, krodick. I can show you the steps in updating your bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

When you have missing transactions, you can manually download your transactions by clicking the Update in your bank feed.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Transactions.
  2. Select Bank transactions.
  3. Click Update.

 

If you haven't found the transactions you're looking for, please check the banking menu.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Transactions. Then, click Bank transactions.
  2. Select the blue tile for where you downloaded the transaction.
  3. Go to the For review tab. If not there, you can click the Categorized tab.

Regarding your other question about your transactions not being in sequence, click the Date column. This way, your transaction will be on sequence.
