Our bank register is only showing a few of our transactions. what happened?

Hello there, lucerofleck.

 

We may need to fix the date to show other transactions (missing ones) in the Bank Register. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Funnel drop-down icon.
  2. Set the correct period by selecting the Custom option. You can also choose to display All dates.
  3. Select All in the Transaction Type.
  4. Then, Apply to reflect the changes.

If the same thing happens, even the transactions are entered successfully, access your QuickBooks Online account in a private browser. You can follow the shortcut keys below depending on the browser you're using. This helps us check if this is a browser-related issue. 

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

 

If  all transactions are showing, we can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. In case private browsing fails, you can also try switching to a different supported browser
