Our QB and bank account randomly quick syncing. Any ideas?

QuickBooks will only depend on the transactions sent from your bank. It could be that there are problems with the connections between QuickBooks and your bank. 

 

You'll want to update your banking connections manually with QuickBooks. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
  2. Go to the Banking tab.
  3. Select Update.
