Hello there, Kwok311211.

If the HSBC HK bank account is not on the list when you're trying to connect it, the only option to bring your transactions into the system is using the WebConnect feature. You'll just have to download the needed bank transactions from your bank's website and follow their instructions on how to do it. Then, import them into QuickBooks Desktop.

Let me show you the steps:

  1. Open a web browser and log in to your bank’s website.
  2. Download your transactions as a QuickBooks Web Connect (.qbo) file.
  3. Once you have the Web Connect file, open your QuickBooks Desktop company file.
  4. From the Banking menu, select Bank Feeds > Import Web Connect Files.
  5. Select the QBO file you saved, then select Open.
  6. When prompted to Select Bank Account, select Use an existing QuickBooks account if the account you're importing transactions into is already set up in QuickBooks or Create a new QuickBooks account if the account you're importing transactions into isn't in QuickBooks yet.
  7. Select Continue.
  8. Click OK once the transactions are being imported successfully.
  9. Go to the Bank Feeds Center to review your transactions.
