Paid a payment but account number was missing a number and payment went through. How can i get that money back?

If you're looking to cancel a scheduled bill payment, they can only be canceled before midnight on your withdrawal date noted in the confirmation email that's sent to you after scheduling it.

 

Here's how to cancel a scheduled bill payment:
 

  1. In your left navigation bar, go to Expenses, then Bills.
  2. Click Show Bill Pay payments.
  3. Choose the scheduled payment from your list and hit its View details option.
  4. Select Cancel this payment.

 

In the event you're unable to cancel it because it's already processed, you can get in touch with our Customer Care team to see what your options are. They'll be able to pull up the account in a secure environment and conduct further research with you.

  1. Use the Help (?) icon.


     
  2. Click Contact Us.


     
  3. Enter a description of your situation in the What can we help you with? field, then hit Let's talk.


     
  4. Select Start messaging or Get a call.
