Paypal bills/payments not importing

Recently I received a bill through PayPal which was subsequently paid in full through PayPal.  Neither of these transactions were imported to Quickbooks.  Other transactions (payments received) that happened before and after this PayPal bill/payment have imported without issue.   Is there any way to get these transactions to import?

I'm here to share some information that can help you with syncing your PayPal transactions to QuickBooks Online (QBO), @SFBBTreasurer.

We recently have an issue with PayPal accounts not properly syncing with QuickBooks Online. However, this was already resolved. Since you're still have this error, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Support team to check your account in a secure environment and verify your account are still not syncing.

You can reach our Customer Support for QuickBooks Online (QBO) by going to the Help icon at the top right of the account. Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Help icon to connect to a live support agent.
  2. Click on the Contact Us button and provide some details about this concern.
  3. Provide us some information about your concern in the What can we help you with? box and click on Continue.
  4. You'll now be provided options on how to connect to our Customer Support.

You can check this article for more information about the different types of support we offer and their availability: QuickBooks Online Support.

In the meantime, you can go to your bank's website where PayPal transactions are deposited. Then, download them as a CSV file to import in QuickBooks Online. Here's an article on how you import a CSV file in QBO: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

You can always get back to me if you have questions or other concerns about adding your PayPal transactions in QBO, by leaving a comment below. I'm always here to assist. Have a great rest of the day.
