Question

Payroll system records the journal entry for health insurance, but then an expense recorded for the money from bank . How do I match ? This is for Quickbooks online.

Is the expense already added to QuickBooks or still pending to be approved in bank feeds? Any screenshots you can share would be greatly appreciated.
