Payroll test deposit of 10/16/21 is still not in the bank account

The payroll test deposit of less than a dollar should be posted in your bank account within 2-3 banking days from the time you've activated the direct deposit feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Then, an additional 2-3 business days once the test deposit is verified. On average, it should take about seven business days to set up your payroll direct deposit.

Once your payroll test deposit is still not in your bank account on the specified date above, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team. They can securely check and investigate the cause of the delay and guide you with a fix. Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QBO company.
2. Go to the Help (?) menu.
3. Select the Search tab.
4. Click the Contact Us button.
5. Enter a brief description of your concern in the What can we help you with? field.
6. Select Continue.
7. Choose a way to connect with us (Send a message or Get a callback).
