Pending withdraw transactions. Have alot pending

Thank you for reaching out to us. Processing time for withdrawal from QB Checking to an external bank account is between 2 - 5 business. Just wait for it for be approved.

i currently have 23 pending for over a month and a half

Good day, @d_gresly.

 

Let me help you check your customer's payment status in Merchant Service Center. This is where we keep a complete record of your payment activity from all of your QuickBooks products. You can review the Status column to see if there's an issue with the deposit. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. From the homepage, select Activities & Reports and then Deposits.
  3. Choose the date range in the Dates field.
  4. Click Search.

 

If there's an issue with a deposit, you'll see Withheld or Batch Deposit Returned in the Status column. Select the drop-down arrow in the Fee column to review details. You'll get an email from us with steps to fix the issue.


If you checked the payment status and we deposited the payments, your money is on its way.


Keep in mind, some banks hold onto funds after we deposit them. At this point, you'll need to work with your bank to see if they require additional steps.
