If I may ask, may I know the specific error you had with your reconciliation? This way, I can gather enough resources and share with you the right amount of information. In case you're getting issues with your balances, you may open these links to fix the errors:

• Fix issues the first time you reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online
• Fix issues for accounts you've reconciled in the past in QuickBooks Online
• Fix issues at the end of reconciliation in QuickBooks Online

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Go to the Help menu.
3. Select either tab to get started:
